Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LOVALL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
